Privacy policy

This policy covers the WhatsApp alerts Soarti.AI's software sends through the WhatsApp Business Platform (Meta's Cloud API).

Who receives messages

Only Soarti.AI's own operators, whose numbers are entered by Soarti.AI. Nobody else is messaged, and nobody can sign up.

What is processed

• The recipient's phone number, to send the alert.
• Delivery receipts Meta returns (sent, delivered, read or failed). These are logged with only the last four digits of the phone number.
• If someone writes to the number, the message's type and length are logged. Its text is not stored.

Use and sharing

This information is used only to deliver alerts and to confirm they arrived. It is not sold, shared with anyone other than Meta (which carries the messages), or used for marketing.

Retention

Logs are kept in rotating files on Soarti.AI's own server and are deleted as they rotate, normally within months.
